Downey Jr. Re-Teams With Favreau

Robert Downey Jr., the actor currently smashing the box office as Tony Stark in Iron Man 3, is set to reunite with his Iron Man director and co-star Jon Favreau for Chef.  Not a great deal is known about the plot of the film other than it will see Favreau as an emotional chef in an LA based restaurant.  The film already boasts stars Sofia Vergara, John Leguizamo and Bobby Cannavale.  Favreau directed the first two Iron Man movies and starred in Iron Man 3 which was directed by Shane Black.  Robert Downey Jr. has a host of films in the works which include comedy drama The Judge and the small matter of negotiating his contract to return as Tony Stark in The Avengers 2.  Source – Variety

Alex Moss Editor

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
