Fanny Lye Deliver’d Unboxing

Premiering in October 2019 after more than three years in post-production, Fanny Lye Deliver’d is now, almost five years after shooting wrapped, enjoying a boom of interest in the home entertainment world with this beautiful, limited edition 4K UHD and Blu-ray package from Pull Back Camera.

This bleakly hypnotic period drama offers a visceral and immersive journey into a dark period of British history, where authenticity is the order of the day – the Shropshire farmhouse where the film unfolds was purpose-built with tools and techniques of the day, and the attention to detail throughout is staggering. So, it is no surprise that both the 4K UHD disc of the previously unseen extended cut of the film, and the HD presentation of the theatrical cut on Blu-ray, look absolutely magnificent.

With an all-star cast including Maxine Peake and Charles Dance, a hauntingly mesmerising and increasingly intense narrative, a stunning score from the ridiculously talented writer/director Thomas Clay and breathtakingly immersive visuals, Fanny Lye Deliver’d is an astonishing film that is almost certainly destined for cult status.

This lavish new release from Pull Back Camera is an essential purchase for any film collector. We were lucky enough to get our hands on an early copy for a closer look…
