Halo Season Two Unboxing

While the Halo TV series continues to be controversial with longtime ‘fans’ of the franchise for petty reasons, this year’s explosive second season certainly marked an improvement over the first. With better CG, more action, and stronger character development alongside an improved narrative drive, season two was increasingly compelling viewing as it reached its cliffhanger climax. Don’t listen to the pathetic criticisms – if I hear one more person whinge about Master Chief removing his helmet, I will scream – and enjoy this solid, entertaining sci-fi thriller.

Synopsis

Master Chief John-117 leads his team of elite Spartans against the alien threat known as the Covenant. In the wake of a shocking event on a desolate planet, John cannot shake the feeling that his war is about to change and risks everything to prove what no one else will believe – that the Covenant are preparing to attack humanity’s greatest stronghold. With the galaxy on the brink, John embarks on a journey to find the key to humankind’s salvation, or its extinction — the Halo.
