Jobs For Danny Boyle And Leonardo DiCaprio?

Slumdog Millionaire’s Oscar winning director Danny Boyle could be in line to direct The Steve Jobs Movie with Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role.  Last week came news that Se7en and The Social Network director David Fincher had left the project after a dispute over pay.  For many that news was a disappointment as it would have seen Fincher reunite with his Social Network Oscar winning writer Aaron Sorkin but fear not as Danny Boyle is now in the running to take over the directing duties and wants to reunite with his star of The Beach DiCaprio.  DiCaprio has recently signed on to star in Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s The Revenant but some rumours suggest that Sorkin’s Jobs script consists of only five scenes shot in a continuous manner and with a director like Boyle, who on Slumdog Millionaire worked at breakneck speed with small cameras, it might be that this Job is a quick one.  Source – The Hollywood Reporter
