New Worlds

Blood, power and passion are the key ingredients in New Worlds, a gripping new historical drama set in the turbulent 1680s, which comes to Channel 4 on 1 April followed by its DVD release from RLJEntertainment.

This lavish period piece takes place on both sides of the Atlantic, during the reign of Charles II and the early days of English colonialism in the “New!World” (Massachusetts,  USA). It  stars a stellar cast including man of the moment Jamie Dornan (The Fall and soon to be seen in 50 Shades Of Grey), Eve Best (Nurse Jackie), Joe Dempsie (Games Of Thrones), Alice Englert (Beautiful CreaturesFreya Mavor (The White Queen) and Jeremy Northam (TheTudors) and comes to DVD on 19 May 2014.
