Django Stars DiCaprio & Foxx To Re-Team
Leonardo DiCaprio and Jamie Foxx, the stars of last year’s Oscar winning Tarantino movie Django Unchained, are set to re-team for Mean Business On North Granson Street. Based on Craig Zahler’s crime novel of the same name, the film will see DiCaprio as a disgraced cop who finds out that his missing wife is alive and well and has become a hooker. Heading to a Missouri hellhole known as Victory, DiCaprio’s character teams up with another renegade cop in the form of Foxx who has been in deep water for beating up a suspect. When the local cops of the town start turning up killed execution style, the pair of detectives set about to put an end to the killing. Zahler will also pen the script from his own book. Deadline isn’t reporting any director is attached to the project as yet. Before that, Foxx will be seen opposite White House Down before heading to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 while DiCaprio has Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf Of Wall Street. Source – Deadline
