Dodgeball 2 Incoming

FilmJuice News

Bottom Line

Dodgeball, the 2004 hit comedy starring Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller, looks to be getting a sequel. 20th Century Fox and Ben Stiller’s Red Hour film company have commissioned Clay Tarver to write the script. While no deals are in place it is expected that both Stiller and Vaughn will reprise their roles and Globo Gym president White Goodman and Vaughn’s Peter La Fleur. As to the likes of Alan Tudyk, Justin Long and original director Rawson Thurber returning it’s up in the air at this point but considering she’s married to Stiller there’s a strong possibility that if her character is written into the sequel Christine Taylor would return. The story will apparently see Stiller and Vaughn having to team up to defeat a greater adversary. We like to think it’s Fitness First but that’s pure speculation. Either way it looks like you better get ready to Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge. Source – The Hollywood Reporter

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
