Eddie Redmayne, last seen singing away in Les Miserables, is apparently in talks to star in Theory Of Everything.  The project will tell parts of the life story of Professor Stephen Hawking, specifically looking at his relationship with his wife.  Redmayne would take on the role of Hawking, with Shadow Dancer director James Marsh currently looking for a female lead.  Redmayne is also considering joining The Hunt’s Thomas Vinterberg’s adaptation of Thomas Hardy’s Far From The Madding Crowd which already boasts Carey Mulligan and Matthias Schoenaerts.  Before he can join either of those projects, Redmayne is busy working on the latest project from The Wachowskis; Jupiter Ascending opposite Mila Kunis, Sean Bean and Channing Tatum.  Source – Deadline

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email: alex.moss@filmjuice.com
