Hailee Steinfeld Wants Her Revenge
Hailee Steinfeld, the Oscar nominated actress for the Coen Brothers’ True Grit and soon to be seen in Romeo And Juliet, is lining up another project, this time starring with Sam Worthington in For The Dogs. Philip Noyce will direct the film which is based on the novel by Kevin Wignall. The story sees an orphan set out for revenge against the people who killed her family. Worthington will play a semi-retired hitman who saves Steinfeld from those who kill her family before the young girl turns to him to help her take her revenge. It all sounds very similar to a certain Natalie Portman and Jean Reno film called Leon. Rampart’s Oren Moverman has drafted the script which is hoping to find some backing at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Before she gets her revenge on Steinfeld will be seen in sci-fi Ender’s Game before starring opposite Kevin Costner in thriller Three Days To Kill. Source – Deadline
