Keira Knightley Heading To The Imitation Game?
Keira Knightley, last seen in Joe Wright’s Anna Karenina and soon to be seen in Can A Song Save Your Life?, is in talks to join Benedict Cumberbatch for The Imitation Game. Graham Moore’s script tells the true story of Alan Turing, a mathematician who helped crack the German Enigma Code. But despite his contribution to the war effort Turing was later prosecuted for being homosexual in the 1950s. Cumberbatch is set to play Turing with Headhunters director Morten Tyldum calling the shots. There’s no word on who Knightley will be playing in the film but her and Cumberbatch have shared the screen before in Joe Wright’s Atonement. Before she heads to The Imitation Game Knightley will be seen starring opposite Chris Pine in Kenneth Branagh’s Jack Ryan and is currently filming with Sam Rockwell and Chloe Moretz for Laggies.
