When he’s not worrying about your buffer face for those irritating EE adverts Kevin Bacon is still one hell of a movie star so it good to hear he’s headed to the Jungle.  No, not that jungle where Ant & Dec lurk and laugh at people but rather the Amazon to tell the true story of Yossi Ghinsberg.  In 1981 in the Bolivian Amazon Ghinsberg found himself lost and very much alone.

Greg McLean, who Bacon has recently worked with on supernatural horror 6 Miranda Drive, is set to direct the film from the script by Justin Monjo. Before all that though we’ll get to see Mr. Bacon star alongside Johnny Depp and Benedict Cumberbatch in Mafia informant story Black Mass.  Source – The Hollywood Reporter

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
