Isabelle Fuhrman (The Hunger Games) and Stacy Keach (Nebraska) have joined a cast which includes John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson on the movie adaptation of Stephen King’s apocolayptic sci-fi novel ‘Cell.’  Cusack’s Clay Riddell and Jackson’s Tom McCourt embark on a journey to safety after a mysterious pulse spreads like a virus through the human population.  Fuhrman plays Clay’s teenage neighbor, Alice who will join them on their quest while Keach will play the headmaster of a prep school where the survivors stop along the way.  Adapted for the big screen by Stephen King, the production of ‘Cell’ has already begun in Atlanta with Benaroya Pictures financing and Tod Williams directing, most likely set for release next year.  Source – Variety

Misha Wallace - Social Media Editor

From the age of 4, Misha Wallace became transfixed by movies like Halloween and The Birds from behind the couch, unbeknownst to her family. This has developed in to an obsession with fantasy and horror films (and a considerable number of cheesy 80s and 90s flicks – but she will not be judged). If she was a character in a film she'd be the girl at the end of a horror movie, doused in blood but grinning victorious. Email: or find her any time of the day or night on FilmJuice social media.
