Noel Clarke, last seen being manipulated by Benedict Cumberbatch in Star Trek Into Darkness, is set to star and direct in his latest project The Anomaly.  He’s not short of star names for the film, which is currently shooting in and around London, with the likes of Brian Cox, Luke Hemsworth and Vampire Diaries heartthrob Ian Somerhalder all appearing in the film.  The story will see Clarke as a former soldier who wakes in the back of a van with a kidnapped boy, but he only has nine minutes and 37 seconds to figure out how and why he’s there.  Clarke is used to playing military types by now having recently wrapped on war thriller I Am Soldier.  Source – The Wrap

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email: alex.moss@filmjuice.com
