Paul Bettany is no stranger to the Marvel world having been the voice of Tony Stark’s AI friend J.A.R.V.I.S in every film Iron Man has featured to date.  But the rumours are mounting that in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, the hotly anticipated sequel to the third biggest grossing film of all time, we will get to see Bettany in the android form of The Vision.  The Visions back-story closely ties in with Avenger’s new Big-Bad Ultron who created him in order to help him defeat the band of pesky superheroes.  But The Vision disobeyed his primary directives to end up joining the Avengers and even going on to marry The Scarlet Witch, who is to be played by Elizabeth Olsen in the next film.  How much of that storyline will remain intact for Joss Whedon’s film is anyone’s guess but it certainly adds another dimension to what was already promising to be a tantalising film.  If the rumours of Bettany’s casting are true, and there are rumours of him having make-up tests performed, then he would join the likes of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlet Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson Don Cheadle, and Ultron himself James Spader.  Avengers: Age Of Ultron is set to be released on 1st May 2015.  Source – Variety

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
