Sandra Bullock, not seen on screens since 2011’s Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close but soon to be seen in comedy The Heat, is eyeing a role in Will Smith’s Annie.  If she signs Bullock would take the role of the head of Annie’s orphanage Miss Hattigan.  The film, which will see Oscar nominated Quvenzhane Wallis in the title role, will be based on the 1924 comic strip Little Orphan Annie which became a Broadway stage musical before getting two film adaptations in John Huston’s 1982 film and then a 1999 Disney TV movie.  Will Smith is on producing duties for the film with Jay-Z providing the music and there are rumours that Jamie Foxx is also set to star.  Before she gets all musical with orphans Sandra Bullock will be seen opposite George Clooney in sci-fi drama Gravity and being heard in Despicable Me spin-off Minions.  Source – The Hollywood Reporter

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
