Scarlett Johansson, last seen as Janet Leigh in Hitchcock and soon to be seen in Joseph Gordon Levitt’s Don Jon, is re-teaming with her Iron Man 2 director and co-star Jon Favreau for his next film Chef.  The film already boasts the likes of Robert Downey Jr., Sofia Vergara, John Leguizamo, Bobby Cannavale and Favreau himself in the title role.  The film will follow Favreau as a chef who looses his job and sets up a food truck business in the hope of reigniting his career.  Along the way he must also try and reconnect with his estranged family.  Johansson will play a girl called Molly, a restaurant owner and potential love interest for Favreau.  Well, if you’re going to be able to cast your own love interest you can do a lot worst than Scarlett Johansson.  Before that Johansson, who has recently been cast in Luc Besson’s action-thriller Lucy, will be seen in the adaptation of Michael Faber’s Under The Skin (main picture) before reporting for duty in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.  Source – The Hollywood Reporter

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
