
Scrumdiddlyumptious Goings On At the Chocolate Show
Over the next three days London goes chocolate crazy as the annual Chocolate Show opens its doors. So, whether you’re looking to upscale your cinema nibbles or searching for a little chocolate indulgence, this is the show for you.
Highlights include a scrumdiddlyumptious Roald Dahl themed children’s area with a host of activities for the little ones. A celebrity b off to die for with chefs showing off their skills on the Main Stage all weekend. The world-famous Chocolate Fashion Show will be taking place at 5pm every day with designs from Carmen Rueda of The Fat Duck, Great British Bake Off: Crème de la Crème winner, Mark Tilling, Paxton Chocolate, R Chocolate and many more.
A small plates bar hosted by Adam Rawson, former chef at Pachamama, featuring chocolate in each dish, including Beef, Chocolate and BBQ sauce sliders, Crispy Cauliflower with Pecan Mole and Smoked Yoghurt and Porcini Mushroom Truffles.
Paul a Young and The InterContinental Park Lane will be hosting afternoon tea at the show with a £14 menu including Brown sugar scones with sea-salted caramel, a Bonfire Cone and Roast beef & white chocolate horseradish sandwiches.
Hotel Chocolat will be bringing their School of Chocolate to The Chocolate Show, giving visitors the opportunity to make their own bean to bar chocolate, learn how to sculpt with chocolate and more.
Chocolate sculptures and art from Hill St, Art au Chocolat, The Chocolatician and Lucie Bennett who has created a stunning chocolate rose selfie backdrop. Please share your #chocolateroses selfies
Doors open Friday from 11am to 7pm; Saturday: open from 10am to 7pm; Sunday: open from 10am to 6pm.
