With over 300 tables of  Publishers, Creators and Exhibitors traveling from all over America, Europe and the UK, the London Super Comic Convention is the UK’s biggest and most exciting comic convention. Superhero comics are big news at the moment, so, if a bit of lycra malarky is for you, then Super Comic Con is the place to be.

Confirmed guests include the legendary Marv Wolfman, who has created more characters that have gone on to appear on television, in animations, and movies than any other comics creator since Stan Lee. Marv is the writer-creator of Blade, The Vampire Hunter, Bullseye, the prime villain in the 2003 Daredevil movie, and Deathstroke who has recently been featured as the main villain in the first two seasons of the Arrow. Some of his other characters have been seen in Man Of Steel as well as The Guardians Of The Galaxy, and both the Supergirl TV show and Superman VS. Batman: Dawn of Justice.

Award-winning and critically acclaimed writer and illustrator, Frank Cho, has also been confirmed. Frank is best known for his newspaper comic strip series Liberty Meadows as well as for such titles as Mighty Avengers, Shanna The She-Devil, X-Men, and The Hulk for Marvel Comics. Frank’s work is noted for his precise figure art, illustrations of beautiful women, humorous writing, and adventure stories. He is currently under exclusive contract to Marvel and has just completed writing and drawing the new ongoing Savage Wolverine series.

British creators include veteran and multiple Eisner-award-winning comic artist Brian Bolland
(Batman: The Killing Joke), Sean Phillips (Hellblazer, Batman, X-Men, WildC.A.T.s) and Steve Dillon. Steve began his professional career at the age of 16 drawing the lead story in the first issue of Hulk Weekly before heading over to Doctor Who, where he was responsible for creating the popular character of Abslom Daak.

Portfolio reviews, comic con exclusives and cosplay events will run all weekend.

The London Super Comic Con runs from February 20-21 at the Excel Centre. For a full guest list and more information visit:
