It was always a case of the money being too good to say no to when Toy Story 3 made $1.1 billion at the global box office.  So when Disney chairman Bob Iger was talking to Wall Street analysts it was revealed that Woody, Buzz and all the gang would be back.  What is perhaps more exciting is the news that Toy Story’s original director and Pixar head creative guru John Lassester has now been confirmed to direct Toy Story 4.

Little else is known about the latest instalment in the franchise, which may well see a new batch of toys take over the mantel from Buzz and Woody, other than the film is slated for release in June 2017. Source – IMDb
