Olivia Wilde To See Dead People

Olivia Wilde, last seen in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone and soon to be seen opposite Anna Kendrick in Drinking Buddies, is heading back to her House medical ways with Reawakening.  The film will see a group of medical researchers, which will include Mark Duplass, who discover the secret on how to bring people back from the dead.  With the lead scientists daughter having recently died the serum is tested on her and, as is often the case with films like this – why don’t people learn from flims like Pet Sematary? – they unleash something altogether more evil.  The film has been written by Luke Dawson and Jeremy Slater with Jiro Dreams Of Sushi director David Gelb set to call the shots.  Before that Wilde has a host of projects in the works with the likes of Better Living Through Chemistry, opposite Sam Rockwell, and Formula One drama Rush with Chris Hemsworth.  Source – Vareity

Alex Moss Editor

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
