Tangerine Limited Edition Blu-ray Unboxing

Second Sight Films have done it again, giving their usual lavish treatment to another hidden gem of the last 10 years. Sean Baker’s Tangerine is a raw and kinetic comedy-drama shot in iPhone 5S that follows transgender sex worker Sin-Dee Rella and her best friend as they search the streets of Hollywood for Sin-Dee’s unfaithful partner and pimp. While Baker might be better known for his follow-up films The Florida Project and Red Rocket, Tangerine is a unique vision that cemented his place as a filmmaker to watch.

The film has been treated very well by Second Sight Films with a packed Limited Edition release, which we took a look at…

After learning that her boyfriend cheated on her while she was in jail, a transgender sex worker and her best friend set out to find him and teach him and his new lover a lesson during a chaotic Christmas Eve.
