Arnold Schwarzenegger Joins Zombie Maggie

Arnold Schwarzenegger, last seen in The Last Stand and soon to be seen opposite Sly Stallone in The Escape Plan, has joined the cast of zombie film Maggie.  Arnie will also serve as a producer on the Black List script written by John Scott 3.  The film sees a zombie virus spreading across the world and a farm family helping their eldest daughter coming to terms with her impending turn into the living dead.  Chloe Grace Moretz had been attached to star in the title role but due to scheduling commitments has had to drop out of the film.  Schwarzenegger has recently confirmed that he will star in Terminator 5 and before that will be seen in David Ayer’s Sabotage.  Source – Variety

Alex Moss Editor

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email: alex.moss@filmjuice.com
