Batman Vs. Superman Finds Its Lex Luthor and Alfred

With Batman cast, in the chin-form of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill returning as Superman and Gal Gadot cast as Wonder Woman it is now time to turn attention to villains and allies for Batman Vs. Superman.  Director Zack Synder spoke about the complex nature of Superman’s nemesis Lex Luthor and believes that Jesse Eisenberg, who was Oscar Nominated for his role as Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network, is the ideal man to bring that role to life.  Meanwhile Batman’s most trusted ally Alfred will be played by Oscar Winning Actor Jeremy Irons.  Michael Caine famously played Alfred in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy with Kevin Spacey playing Luthor in Superman Returns.  Also returning to the DC world of Superman will be Man Of Steel’s Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane.  Presumably at some point Affleck’s Bruce Wayne will get a love interest. So what do you think Filmjuicers? Is Eisenberg the right man to cause Superman all kinds of trouble? Can Irons help Batman as his loyal butler? Let us know in the comments below.
