Ellen Page & Evan Rachel Wood To Head Into The Forest

Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood, stars last seen in The East and The Ides Of March respectively, are set to play sisters in dystopian sci-fi Into The Forest.  Not to be confused with the Rob Marshall, Johnny Depp musical Into The Woods, Forest is based on Jean Heglund’s novel about two sisters struggling to live after the collapse of society in the near future.  With life in California too horrific, the sisters flee town and head, you guessed it, Into The Forest.  The film will be directed by Patricia Rozema with Page also acting as a producer on the project.  Before that Page will next be seen back in her spandex for X-Men: Days Of Future Past while Wood will be seen opposite Shia LaBeouf in Charlie Countryman.  Source – The Hollywood Reporter

Alex Moss Editor

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email: alex.moss@filmjuice.com
