Justice League Of America Movie Assembles

The Justice League Of America movie, the DC Comics superhero mash-up equivalent to Marvel’s Avengers, is finally happening.  With news that more and more characters from the DC Universe are joining Zack Synder’s Superman Vs. Batman, including Wonder Woman and last week’s Cyborg announcement, it was only a matter of time before Justice League was put into full on turbo mode.  The news is that Synder will direct Justice League straight after he’s finished work on Superman Vs. Batman which sees Henry Cavill returning as the Man Of Steel and Ben Affleck donning the cowl as Batman.

Of course the Justice League also consists of characters such as Green Lantern, (here’s hoping he less damp squid than the Ryan Reynolds film) Aquaman (calling Entourages Adrian Grenier), The Flash, Martian Manhunter and numerous others that come and go.  It’s not the first time the team where meant to assemble for the big screen with George Miller, he behind Mad Max, attempting a version in 2007 before it eventually fell into development hell due to spiralling budget concerns.  So what do you think?  Are you ready for a JLA movie?  Who should play the likes of Green Lantern and The Flash? Let us know in the comments below and via Facebook and Twitter?  Source – The Wall Street Journal

Alex Moss’ obsession with film began the moment he witnessed the Alien burst forth from John Hurt’s stomach. It was perhaps ill-advised to witness this aged 6 but much like the beast within Hurt, he became infected by a parasite called ‘Movies’. Rarely away from his computer or a big screen, as he muses on Cinematic Deities, Alex is “more machine now than man. His mind is twisted and evil”. Email:
