Mississippi Grind

From directors Ryan Boden and Anna Fleck (Half Nelson), comes a bittersweet road movie about friendship and fate, bourbon and blues. Starring the acclaimed Ryan Reynolds (Green Lantern, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) and Ben Mendelsohn (The Dark Knight Rises, The Place Beyond The Pines) MISSISSIPPI GRIND is the road movie of the year and is available to download early 15th February, and on DVD and on-demand 7th March 2016, courtesy of Entertainment One.

Gerry (Mendelsohn) is a talented but out of luck poker player, about to be swallowed up by his unshakable gambling habit, when his luck begins to change upon meeting the young, charming and charismatic free spirit Curtis (Reynolds).

Gerry convinces his new lucky charm to hit the road with him and as they head off through the South towards a legendary high stakes poker game in New Orleans, an undeniable bond forms between the pair. Also starring Sienna Miller (American Sniper, Foxcatcher, Factory Girl), MISSISSIPPI GRIND is a journey about the refusal to give up – even when the odds are against you.

MISSISSIPPI GRIND includes a range of special featurettes including ‘The Groove Behind Mississippi Grind’ and the ‘Making Of’, alongside interviews with the cast. It will be available on Digital HD 15th February, and DVD and on-demand 7th March 2016, courtesy of Entertainment One.
