Everybody Wants Some

A “spiritual sequel” to director Richard Linklater’s cult classic Dazed and Confused, Everybody Wants Some!! is a comedy set across one weekend in the summer of 1980 that follows a group of friends as they navigate their way through the freedoms and responsibilities of unsupervised adulthood.

Everybody Wants Some!!, which releases on Digital HD 5th August and Blu-ray & DVDTM on 19th September, sees freshman Jake Bradford (Blake Jenner) move into an old college house with his new rowdy housemates.

Experiencing a fraternity-like lifestyle, Jake receives a less than friendly welcome from his new, hard partying friends, including senior Glenn McReynolds (Tyler Hoechlin) and his roommate Roper (Ryan Guzman). Together, they must find their way between girls, parties and baseball, all in the last weekend before school begins.

From five-time Academy Award-nominated writer, producer and director Richard Linklater (Boyhood, Dazed and Confused) comes the movie that’s “ridiculously fun” (Time Out New York) and proves that good times never get old. After building a diverse filmography of successful arthouse and studio films, including 2014’s critically acclaimed BOYHOOD, a low-key family drama shot in segments over twelve years, Linklater was excited to shift gears and return to his roots.

Get ready for the best weekend ever…

Starring Austin Amelio (The Walking Dead, Putting the Dog to Sleep), Blake Jenner (Glee, Supergirl), Zoey Deutch (Dirty Grandpa, Vampire Diaries), Juston Street (Juvenile Transgressions, Courage), Ryan Guzman (Step Up Revolution, Pretty Little Liars), Tyler Hoechlin (Road to Perdition, Teen Wolf) and Wyatt Russell (22 Jump Street, Cowboys & Aliens).

‘Everybody Wants Some!!’ is available now on Digital HD and Blu-ray™ and DVD from the 19th of September 2016′
